I’m driven by a simple but powerful belief: people deserve financial guidance that’s not only smart and strategic, but designed around personal values and goals. With a strong faith at the core of my life and work, I approach every client relationship with an open mind, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive.
My entire career has been rooted in money and finance, giving me a deep understanding of how strategy and stewardship come together in people’s lives. Whether you're planning for retirement, a business owner, a professional, or just trying to build wealth, my goal is to help you make confident decisions and empower your journey. My mission goes beyond the numbers. It’s about leading and serving people well. I’m currently in the final stages of pursuing my doctorate in finance, my fourth business degree, which proves my inner finance nerd when paired with my entire career working in money. As the visionary behind Wealth by Design, my focus with the firm is to always stay ahead of industry and market trends, developing new planning and investment approaches, and constantly asking, “How can we serve people even better?”
I have always believed that strong relationships are built with intention and that trust is not something you demand, it is something you earn. Over the years, I have led teams, shaped systems, and navigated complex challenges, but what has always mattered most to me is the people involved.
At Wealth by Design, I serve as Director of Strategic Relationships & Client Success. This role allows me to do what I love: invest in people, guide them through a meaningful process, and make sure no one feels like they are going it alone. People want to be heard, and I work closely with clients to help them move forward with clarity and confidence, and I support our team in doing the same. Whether it is walking alongside someone through a season of big decisions or helping refine how we serve as a firm, I approach every relationship with focus and care.

I believe great marketing isn’t just about getting attention, it’s about building connection. With nearly a decade of experience in video production, social media strategy, and digital engagement, I’ve had the opportunity to help brands tell better stories and reach people in meaningful ways.
As the Marketing Director and Project Manager at Wealth by Design, I focus on making sure our message not only gets seen, but truly resonates. Whether I’m scripting a video, mapping out a content strategy, or managing a new campaign launch, my goal is always the same: clarity, creativity, and impact.
I’m passionate about turning complex ideas into approachable conversations, especially when it comes to finances. I believe marketing should make people feel seen, understood, and encouraged in whatever stage of life or wealth-building they’re in. With every project, I bring both strategy and heart. Because how we show up matters just as much as what we say.
Meet Faith
Marketing Director & Project Manager
I’ve spent my career telling stories through design, video, and media, and I believe branding is about more than just looks. It’s about clarity, connection, and making sure the message actually resonates. As a Missouri State University grad and a creative who’s worked across video, graphic design, animation, and live production, I bring a multi-angle approach to building brands that feel authentic and compelling.
In addition to serving as Creative Director for a large multi-campus church, I also lead all things branding and creative strategy here at Wealth by Design. From shaping visual identity to crafting content that reflects who we are, my role is to make sure everything we produce is aligned, intentional, and distinctly us.
I’m passionate about helping people see the bigger picture, and then designing it in a way they’ll remember. Creativity thrives when purpose leads it, and that’s the heart behind everything I help build.

Creative Director
I believe that strong systems are what allow great service to happen. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady, behind-the-scenes role, I help keep the day-to-day operations of Wealth by Design running smoothly and efficiently.
I’m a proud graduate of Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, and I bring a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to managing internal workflows, coordinating team tasks, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. I take pride in supporting the team so they can stay focused on what they do best.
Consistency, reliability, and care are the values I bring to every part of my role. Whether it’s organizing a process, tracking details, or keeping things moving forward, I’m here to make sure the back-end of the business supports everything our firm stands for.

I’m passionate about bringing order to complexity. Whether it’s structuring a team, supporting a vision, or streamlining the day-to-day. With over a decade of experience and a degree from Evangel University in Springfield, I’ve spent my career focused on building systems that unlock both people and potential.
At Wealth by Design, I work behind the scenes to keep everything aligned. From operations and planning to team culture and leadership support. I specialize in turning big-picture ideas into actionable plans, making sure nothing gets lost between vision and execution.
Based in Ozark, I share life with my husband and our amazing kids. Balancing the beautiful chaos of family life has shaped the way I lead- with grace, structure, and a heart for helping others thrive. Whether at home or at work, I believe impact comes from intention and I’m here to help make that happen.
